These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 92koko ("92koko", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 92koko platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, games, betting services, and payment processing. By registering an account or using any part of the 92koko platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the 92koko platform.

1. Introduction

92koko operates an online casino and sports betting platform serving Pakistani users. The platform offers live dealer casino games, slot games, cricket betting, and other gaming products. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and supported by local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, and major Pakistani bank transfers. These Terms apply to all users of 92koko regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.

2. Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you must:

• Be the registered legal owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals on your 92koko account;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from engaging in online gambling;
• Ensure that your use of 92koko does not violate any law applicable to you in your place of residence or jurisdiction.

92koko makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify compliance with local laws before using the platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of 92koko, including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money gaming, you must register a verified account. The following conditions apply:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 92koko account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated bonuses forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for updating your account details if they change.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92koko login credentials. 4. Deposits & Payments

• Bank transfer — HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah
• Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards
• UnionPay
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency)

All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. 92koko reserves the right to decline deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder. Deposits made via third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the cashier.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal. This requires submission of CNIC or equivalent government-issued identification.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during processing hours are typically actioned within 24–72 hours. Delays may occur during Pakistani public holidays or peak processing periods.
• 92koko reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending security review, bonus wagering requirement completion, or outstanding KYC documentation.
• Unused promotional balances that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

92koko offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated on each offer.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Check individual offer terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonuses not used or wagered within the stated timeframe will be removed from your account.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 92koko are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets placed with insufficient account balance will not be accepted.
• 92koko reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change before bet settlement. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the confirmed odds for that wager.
• In-play cricket bets (live betting during PSL, internationals, or other matches) are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable at time of placement. Suspensions during live events are at the platform's discretion.
• 92koko does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, table, or market. Games may be taken offline for maintenance without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits;
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other promotional offers;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software to interact with 92koko games or the sportsbook;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the 92koko platform or any associated system;
• Money laundering or using the 92koko platform for any purpose connected to criminal activity;
• Providing false identification documents during KYC verification;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a third party, including family members.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92koko platform — including but not limited to the 92koko brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the proprietary property of 92koko or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 92koko content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 92koko intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

10. Privacy & Data

92koko collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 92koko implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data. 11. Responsible Gaming

92koko is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

92koko will not knowingly allow minors to gamble on the platform and operates age verification procedures accordingly. Any user who believes they may have a gambling problem is encouraged to self-exclude immediately.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92koko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds, loss of data, system downtime, or errors in game outcomes. 92koko's total aggregate liability to any user for direct damages shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

92koko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account without prior notice where:

• The user has violated any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account;
• The user fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• 92koko is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud or Terms violation, balances may be withheld pending investigation. 92koko will notify the user of the outcome via their registered email address where appropriate.

14. Amendments to These Terms

92koko reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the 92koko platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The version published on this page is always the current operative version.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 92koko operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. Users are reminded that online gambling regulations in Pakistan are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to remain informed about the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction.
